Who told you that? Cars for the following year start rolling out in june of the current year, and continues till November 30th. CR V 2020 came out in August 2019 in Europe and Asia but did not get to America till November 23rd. I knew this because I wanted the car. It's not in Nigeria does not mean you cannot import.
