Honestly Meiling's pretty simple to play, you just treat her like a traditional fighting game character and tear off towards an opponent and mash buttons until everything dies, Meiling falls over from stress/being clipped by bullets or your keyboard implodes. Also use Roc Fist at every opportunity because it was Plus Ultra before Plus Ultra fucking WAS Plus Ultra
I mean, she's definitely strong, she hits surprisingly hard, her one downside is that she's useless unless you're right in your foe's face, whereas every other character has loads of long-range options. Thank God you can phase through bullets by dashing.
