  • On February 6, 2015, Sergeant Lino Diaz was airlifted to Ryder Trauma Center after a suspect opened fire and two bullets hit Sgt. Diaz - one on the left arm, the other on the left leg.
Ryder Trauma doctors performed surgery on his arm to repair the fractures and placed a steel plate and ten screws in his forearm. They also removed the bullet from his leg. He underwent several months of physically therapy to regain full use of his arm. He believes the expertise of the medical team at Ryder Trauma Center played a big factor in his recovery.
“Ryder Trauma has been around for many years. As part of our job in law enforcement, we have been in there and I’ve seen miracles happen,” said Sgt. Diaz. “We have that experience with Ryder Trauma, and that’s really where law enforcement wants to be taken in case they suffer a trauma.”

Jacksons 'C' rating while appearing to the under-knowledged would suggest an institution with an 'average' level of total care commitment, however on the national average hospitals fare far better than average, the Admin at Jackson might defend this C grade by arguing that it is consistent with national averages, further we suggest that this C grade is contrived by the Amin fudging numbers and hiding relevant case issues which would have served to lower that C grade to a D or worse and for our evidence of this we recommend to any one interested to Google this facility and to read 200+ one star reviews of a 465 reviews.
These actual reviews are posted by patients who received such atrocious care at jackson that many wrote that the system Google uses forces a review to be at least one star to post in their Google reviews.
Many of these 200+ victims of the hospitals egregiously poor treatment during a medical emergency or otherwise wrote in their reviews post to the effect that if it were not for Google's one star policy they would have given the hospital a negative star or several negative (-) *'s.
In addition, Jackson employs a robot or a paid worker to answer these posts: the answers always state that the Admin is concerned and wishes to help the poster and each answer is always exactly 5 lines of writing and follows a few templates.
Also there are within these Google review posts many 5 star reviews which contradict the other half who tell a sordid tale of this hospital and that these reviews are suspect of being contrived and planted to counteract the overwhelming negative truth about Jackson, its workers, its doctors and the physical facility.
We are at this time in contact with Google team review to get answers to the anomaly such as IP derived from the posted reviewer(s) internet address...
