Jared also got the TikTok money too, so I wouldn’t be shocked if Jared didn’t earn 4mil plus. But to put 4mil plus on a house/apartment this early isn’t smart. Especially if you don’t know the future and how you’ll fare in the league.
I doubt he will buy a house near the facility although he could find a decent one for even a million dollars in Nj.
