14:25 Moe's got a point there...I understand cheating a few times for fun or to piss someone off but people get high ranks because of cheating constantly sometimes for years, like why are you even playing the game? Where is the sense of achievement after winning a game or ranking up...you didn't practice and got better at the game which in turn got you more wins, you cheated and while cheating you didn't learn anything new, you didn't get better as a player and you didn't feel any satisfaction after a win because you know you cheated so why do it? And it's so common too, people really need to chill and enjoy playing fair and with their current skills.

I just love CS so much and I try to play this game every day kinda... And I have the same fucking question as moe. I mean how can you enjoy hacking and playing every day IN A LONG RUN. I used to play like 4-5 matches everyday (now 1 or 2 max) and I could actually face the same hacker in about every 2-3 days and he still is not banned cause I followed him to check whether he gets banned or not. Every game these guys start losing, they hack. They audacity of the moment is that they hack and then they shit talk and call you "noob" and other cuss words. I mean either you are a loner or they have a very sad life to enjoy doing this for years.
Still CS is my second love and it's very difficult to see this. Btw it's not that difficult to ban hackers. I mean there will be still hackers with the best of the system but not like the current situation.
1. Put a good system to ban.
2. Good hackers that paas through the system will reach a rank atleast mg1 above, then put people to ban them. You can easily pay people money. Even they can charge us for banning like charge 1-2$ per game review and check profiles by hand and not by some AI.
3. Don't allow any external file, no changes even in the cfg file can be done( people with key binds can do it the console only, that way cs will know when a bad command is typed).
4. Start providing 30 min to 1 hour ban for toxicity.
5. Provide chat messages in overwatch.
6. Spin bot should be immediately banned ,not even come to overwatch cases.
7. Fucking don't make the game free. Or even if you want to make the game free. Lock the competitive scene. And put the 5$ or 10$ price to open the lock on competitive on free accounts. This way casual hackers who get ban will not make new accounts to hack again
