The piece you mentioned at 1:00 isn't a completely new piece it appeared in orange in the maersk triple e cargo ship set 10241 . It was used as a miniature scale lifeboat . But it is a new piece in red.
This is a pretty neat set, might grab it at some point. My only gripe is I wish it had come with 2 lifeguard minifigs as the truck seems to have stuff for two, they could've made the second lifeguard a blonde female, as a homage to Baywatch fans.
@@Porsche.935 I know one time I went to the store and they didn’t have them except the few ones there but right now they now have it because I went to the local Lego store and now they have them and they have better Lego city’s and I also I wanted to buy all of them because they look so special then the old ones than last year like the life guard truck is special to me because it looks amazing that happened when I went to Dave and busters at the outside mall before when I went to the Lego store before when is January 1

It’s actually fairly old, it came in the CMF Series 2 with a life guard minifigure.
