    I'm on Day 21 of Phase 3 of the LiveHard Program. A water main in front of my house burst this afternoon and my first thought was actually about how it might impact my ability to complete the challenge instead of the fact that it might flood my house, haha. But I quickly turned off the water at the street and called a plumber. He said he'd be here in an hour so I hit my outdoor workout (49 minute hill hike) while waiting. Once you get dialed in on this program, it becomes almost all-encompassing. I actually came down with shingles 5 days into the final phase, which would have been a perfect excuse to quit, but letting an entire year's worth of work go down the drain over a rash and an ongoing headache wasn't happening. Awesome program that really is transformational.

    Fun fact: Why does 75 hard have such dark iconography? It is to remind you to kill the person you are for the person you wanna be.

      1)Drink a gallon of water a day
      2)Follow a diet of your choice, NO alcohol, No junk food
      3)two workout a day of at least 45minute(one of them must be outside)
      4)take a progress picture every day
      5) read 10 pages of a nonfiction book a day
      If you fail to accomplish all the rules during the day you have to start over.
      (I hope I didn't make many spelling mistake 😅)

      😢its hard to do this when u working 💪 2jobs though or have to work 😕 period especially if u have to work long hrs that's the only sad part about this program 😢

    So where do we find the program? All I see are all motivational clips. Is there a place to go to actually do the program and if so where?

      It is a program in which you set yourself a goal that you will work for 75 days. For example, for 75 days I will do 30 push-ups. How you do it, you will become more disciplined in everything. The first few days will be difficult, but later it will become a habit. I tried it and you can really see the changes in the discipline.

    If this program is designed to create self discipline don’t you think you could speak without foul language. Yes, fuck is foul language and it shows a total lack of ability to verbalize your important message.
