Honestly, I was a bit skeptical to try this recipe as I am not too good with recipes in which we have to fry besan first. But I am happy that I tried the recipe as it came out quite good. To make the bhindis crispy, I just had to cook them uncovered for longer (around 20-25 minutes). Thanks for sharing the recipe.
