How to Assign Permission in Permission Set

Assigning permission sets to users in Salesforce
In the previous article/video, we created a permission set- Assign create report permission. Now, let us assign that permission set to the Testing user.
Note- To assign a permission set to any user, the user license, the profile license, and the permission set license, all have to be the same. Only then you will be able to assign the user to the profile and the permission set. It is because the level of access a user has is determined by the license he holds.
