Thank you so much for uploading these videos, for us people that were unable to witness these majestic aircraft in action your videos are the next best thing.
Interesting departure shots. Noticed a different wind design on the last military 737's (P8's???). Looked longer and narrower than the commercial version of the 8's and 9's. Also, thought the KC-135's must really haul...... with the CFM 56 engines, and the fuselage bsed on the shorter 707 platform (120 model I think). B-52 - still flying. Amazing! Enjoyed watching the departures. Cheers
Thank god the Japanese displayed their C-2 cargo plane. This year's show was pretty ordinary considering the price hike. Absolutely ruined by that shitty music blaring over the engine noise - it adds nothing and detracts heaps. I really miss the days of the brilliant Caribou and F-111 (although the Super Hornet is nice and loud so I suppose it's a decent Pig replacement for airshows at least). I fear that as the RAAF becomes based mostly on only a few different base models there will be a steady decline in quality if the USAF doesn't turn up en masse. Even so they will mostly only be sending their version of aircraft we already have (F-35, C-130, C-17, P-8) in the future. The KC-46 will replace the KC-135 presence, but we've seen the 767 for decades anyway, and probably won't fly as they don't need to show it off because we've already decided on tankers. I've never seen the C-5 fly, and am probably unlikely to. Never thought I'd yearn for the day I see a KC-10 fly. Aircraft from Europe are a thing of the past, although the Malaysian A400M turned up it didn't fly (as usual). Looks like we'll have to convince the Malaysians to send a couple of Su-30s to escort the A400M if they bring it out again. India might be another option, as they use a few types rarely if ever seen in Australia like the IL-76/78, Tu-142, Il-38, An-32, Tejas, Jaguar, MiG-29 and Mirage 2000. Would we be willing to invite China to display their versions of Sukhoi fighter jets, the J-10, the FC-1 or the Y-20 cargo plane, seeing as the F-15 is as rare as hen's teeth at Avalon (apart from non-flying Singaporean jets) and the F-16 will be on the way to Air Force Reserve service? Well, we graciously accepted the Russian offer for IL-76 firebombers didn't we? Not
Amazing shot of that barbie mate! Perfect angle and zoom-out. Really captures the emotion of those beef patties.
Awesome footage mate! The B-52 departure was fantastic
Very loud but nice at the same time! 👍
that B-52 is gigantic.Great video
Yes, dimensions {B-52H Stratofortress}
Length: 48.56m {159ft 4in}

That B52 is really amazing, the sounds and the smoke is impressive!
Sure is an impressive jet! The smoke is fantastic - trademark of a real plane!
The sound and smoke of 8 Pratt & Whitney TF33 on a B-52H Stratofortress
Thanks! I really enjoyed watching these. Definitely plan to get to AVV in the 20’s for this amazing event in Australia.

Much better than the actual show as there's no commentators endlessly wibbling on and no dumb rock music
Tell me about it! The pure grunt of the engines and nothing else!
I agree about that music! We were paying guests but had to stand way back to avoid that insane playing of music.
As always spirit captures !
As always unforgettable
airshow !
As always an impressive
thing !
Incredibly cool mate! Love the kangaroo logo in the RAAF aircraft. B-52 is always an insane, probably once-in-a-lifetime treat!

Wow absolutely stunning! Huge like!
Thanks Matt!
Great Video! :) Hope 2020 is even better!
great video
Cool!!!
March ARB aircraft are everywhere.. its why we are the best in Loading and stuff in the USAF :P C-17's and KC135's
All the spotters must really hate runway changes at Avalon
That building at the end reminds me of the movie Spies Like Us.... Gentleman would you like a Pepsi? Out now the middle of nowhere.
Sometimes the best place to watch an air show is outside the airfield. Added bonus... you don’t need to buy a ticket.
Aw man, I didn't get to go this year. Well, at least there's gonna be one next year!
Yes a empty field with 2 Jetstar planes there
As stated on the website and on the news, it's every two years, so you'll have to wait til 2021.
I liked and subscribe and turn on the notifications bell
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed!
I live at Auckland air new Zealand

It’s literally an Australian airshow of American planes
