I’m not sure how many you mean by “first few” so I’ll just talk about the ones that are slightly out of order at the beginning. From 0:08 to 0:46 are most of his Ultimate Ninja 2 ultimates (several of which were reused for UN3), then randomly his UN Heroes 1 and 2 ultimate at 0:47 to 0:55, before finishing his UN2 ultimates, and getting to his one original UN3 ultimate at 1:13, and going in chronological order from there (three ultimates from UN4 and 5, then one from UN Heroes 3 and one from UN Impact).
