I heard her sing a stevie nicks song yrs ago- in a car with her friends. And right then I knew she could be a singer. Yrs later I heard her play piano and sing on instagram. and I thought, whats' going on here? She's a total natural. And has her own style. Bravo Kate.

This is a fantastic interview. I've always liked her, and now I like her even more. She's so unassuming and down to earth. I quite admire her for pursuing this later in life, and doing it only for herself. It's inspiring. She also has the talent to back it up!

I love Kate Hudson but I do feel bad there is a rift between her and her biological father. I saw a video of him where he said he was hurt by his kids and wished either for them to reconcile or move on. Life is so short. She got her musical talent from her dad. If there’s even a little live left there she should talk to her dad. I don’t know what happened, and I’m not judging, but he did look like he was hurting inside and maybe they’re all hurt. Maybe he was a bad dad, but love can overcome, love covers a multitude of sins. Anyway, I pray for Kate Hudson and her dad.
HE has since passed. And I I believe she is connecting with all her step sibs....as for connecting with her dad....not sure if she got to. I know that Oliver did...or so media says. Can we believe all that or this....who knows.

I cannot express how much I LOVE Kate’s music! I am in love with it! I just heard her on Jimmy Kimmel a few days ago on a UA-cam reel. Blown away! So, so good. Just really good. The whole presentation is just spot on for me. Can’t wait for the album and seeing her in concert. 🎵 🎶 ❤❤

Sometimes the best of creativity comes when there is nothing but love for what you’re doing without the pressure of what is to come of it….and whether you have the resources and time to do that for yourself or not makes no difference-you made the time- and damn it sounds good!…can’t wait to hear the rest…Linda gets the TRUTH outta everyone she works with (see the Making Of My Love by Céline Dion and watch the magic she has)…never mind she knows how to get the raw beauty of a vocal✨can’t wait to hear more…no rush though!…look at Sade- 1 album every 10 years if you’re lucky and it is always a killer record. Her musical gift given to her by her biological father Bill Hudson? It is odd to me that her passion for music had to become her little secret? According to news reports Goldie and Bill had a difficult divorce. Perhaps there was parental alienation involved because I find it odd that she can’t mention her biological father in this interview. Also when she became and actress it was celebrated by her family. Why? Because she is following after her mother Goldie? Could Kate be and extension of Goldie’s ego? Not sure. None the less I’m happy to hear of her new album. I think she is talented songwriter and singer. And I am sure the Hudson’s are proud of her.
