Thats just a air vent in the back that bus does not have ac I worked at whatcom transportation authority where the bus came from none of our buses prior to 2017 had ac installed now all new buses come with ac installed.

I wonder this because here in Brazil most coaches have them installed at the middle top of the bus, and since there must be ventilation outlets over each sit, the air ducts end up filling a lot of space at the overhead luggage rack (you can see them in this image, if you look near the big grill in the roof www.marcopolo.com.br/marcopolo/image/resize_crop?w=2000&h=1080&src=userfiles/ht-produtos/banner-hotsite-ld1600-finalll.jpg ).

or if you have your dl for as many years thats reqauired by your state you can go to appy for a bus driver job at a school district or transit agency most will put you in a class and train you and help you get your CDL.
