Stories Around The Campfire - Winter Wonders on Facebook Live

Todays' Story around the Campfire is all about my photo adventures of the last two weeks here in Southwest Missouri during our wicked winter weather that brought so much beauty with it.
Here in Southwest Missouri we typically have pretty mild winters any more but this winter was different. We had had a few small snows and then 2 weeks of Wicked Winter Weather happened. It started out with cold temps and freezing mist and rain, then went to blowing drifting snow and severe 16 blow weather and deep snow - about 12 inches. Then it was all crowned with Freezing Fog before the weather started warming up. It was hard to make myself get out in the cold but I did every day and captured some beautiful wondrous things!
A good bit of this video is from Spring River and Kellogg Lake right outside of Carthage Missouri - my go to place for a quick and easy fun location to do photography and I had a blast doing this winter photography. My camera of choice is my Canon 5Dsr and my drone is a DJI Mini 2 drone. I certainly had fun with both!
