Mr. Anand has been taking photographs of Vidhana Soudha outside Vidhana Soudha for the last 30 years. He tells us how Vidhana Soudha went from being the most happening public space in Bengaluru to a reserved parking lot for the Innova's and Fortuners of MLA's.
