This is what happens when a government gets unanimous support from blind supporters in a state.The government knows that people will definitely forget such incidents during election and again they will elect them to power hence they do such acts without any second thought.I am also an Odia who lives in Noida, the traffic rule is same in UP as that state also comes under India but the state government is not taking such high fines in the name of rule.There are many state governments in India still do not follow such rules made by Central government because they know people can't tolerate this .But still our State government is stealing from people and busy in filling their pockets ..Pathetic government.Cant understand how a CM can even allow such vandalism .Only Lord Jagannath can save this state now because hope is just a never ending waiting period under such corrupt politicians.

No job in odisha..and most of the people are working in contractual basis and unorganised sectors..their income is mostly varry from 8 to 15k..so if they will give fine of this hefty amount then how they will manage their livelihood..keep fine amt limited to 100 to 500 and just tighten the traffic checking people wll dfntly obey rules bcoz 100 to 500 also a burden for people to give it unncssrly..So collection of hefty fine is not suitable for a state like odisha where most of the people are living in low income ctrgry zone..so I rqst to our cm to look into this matter..
