I don't know so much about this but I only know that vrat are of so many types... Koi koi only fruits khate hai Puja k baad, koi bina jal k rhte h.. Koi ek time k Khana khate h.. Aur koi bina pyaj lasan k Khana khate h.. Apna Apna bhakti.. Happy Navratri to everyone ❤

I'm from Maharashtra Thane city nd m belong to Aagri Koli Community nd here the famous dish of my Community is Aagri style chicken with tandlachi bhakri (rice roti) Daal Mundi, nd mhavra that mean varieties of fishe dishesh for an example kolbya(prawns), Surmai(king mackerel), paplet (pomfret), bombil (Bombay duck) nd many more try our Aagri Koli Authentic food nd m damn sure u will gonna love it

In 9 days of fasting we can only add sendha namak and black pepper to our dishes which we eat during our fasting time. We can't eat besan also. We are only allowed to eat fruits, all type of vegetables but only allowed to add black pepper and sendha namak.

Well, it is believed that fasting during Navratri helps people cleanse all their sins, be in sync with the energies of Maa Durga, keep their mind and body light and relaxed for better concentration, and it helps them purify themselves from the inside out. During days the weather causes dehydration problems, skin problems so that we are recommended to eat light food without using onion, garlic and masalas . Fasting keeps our body light . And the food we eat like sabudana and kuttu ka aata during fasting are easy to digest foods and keeps us energetic . That's what I know about this festival ❤❤love from Delhi. Happy Navratri ❤

Loved your video.. but dii besan ketchup and haldi are not allowed in vrat and in my home we are not allowed to eat tomato also during vrat I don't know why in my entire family do not eat tomato during fast and also not every veggies are allowed in vrat but I don't know how many like us ( my family) we eat bhindi arbi and kaddu in vrat by the way nice video I'm going to try dosa tomorrow 🥰
