The other big PLUS is free parking at Kings Land vs $45/night at Hilton Waikaloa Village. You're gonna want to rent a vehicle on the Big Island. Aloha!
I booked this for end of January this was so helpful!! Thank you so much for the detailed review of the room we got a 2b as well and looking forward to it ❤.
Hi there! This review is so timely, thank you. We actually booked our trip to this exact resort for February. It is good to see a more recent video of the resort.
Great video! I've stayed here before and going back the first week of January. Very clean and peaceful place to stay. The best thing to do is rent a car to get to Grocery Store, Shops, Restaurants, and access the Waikoloa Village Resort with ease.
Excellent review. Never gave much thought to staying on the big island or Maui. Maybe something to try out in the future as I just bought a marbrisa resale deed adding another 9280 HGVC points to my account bringing me to 20480 HGVC points per year.
Thank you very much for watching. You got to visit the big island there are a lot of beautiful things to see there unique to the island. When it comes to accommodation, your 20k points can go a long way, you will get a huge suite with a killer view at King's Land.
@@jeztravel I think I'll have to try kings land in 2025 as I have a Marriott Ko Olina 5 day time share presentation next June then a reservation at HGVC hokulani afterwards.
Just stayed there last week and it was a pleasant experience. Two things annoyed my stay: 1)they strongly urged us to attend their seminar for their time share 2) they failed to fix our dishwasher. Btw did you get any financial compensation for your video? Just thought that your experience was so overwhelmingly positive.
Thanks for watching. We had a great time there. I know they will keep calling to attend the seminar, I just ignore it. UA-cam compensate creators like us based on views.
Thank you for watching yes I always rent a car when we visit Hawaii, specially the big island. There are a lot of car rental companies on the islands but I always rent through Avis because I am preferred plus member I don’t need to wait long.
Thank you very much for watching unfortunately I don’t have a video of the suites in Hilton Waikoloa village. But suites in Kings land are bigger and newer. If you like more amenities I recommend staying in HWV. Pls don’t forget to subscribe to my channel, thanks.
@@jeztravel Oh great! thanks, I'm trying to book this and I notice the resort view was cheaper but same advertised 2 bedroom suite. I read somewhere that the resort view is newer but smaller. I liked the walkthrough of the room you have.
@@derek02944 if you like a bigger suite and a great view this is the room to book. However, if you don't care much about the view, then there are cheaper options but still really good suites.I care so much about the suite. I like bigger suites. The great view is good but sometimes it is very hot on your lanai so you really don't enjoy it only when it cools down. But yeah this resort really was surprising to me in a good way.

You are right, that is one of the big plus staying at Kings Lands. Thanks for your comment.

Thank you very much for watching. The 2br suite is sweet. I know you will enjoy it.
Amazing and informative content as always! We can only dream to visit this once in the future.
You can travel here soon God willing.

It really is a good place to stay and you don't need to pay parking.

This is where we stay and use the main hotel amenities
Thanks for watching
Did you rent a car to get around? Where did you rent from? Thanks for the highlights

Do you have any videos/info on Ocean Tower 1/2 bedroom suites. Can't decide on Kings Land vs Ocean Tower

Is there a fine dining restaurant here or are there only burgers and bar food available?
Thank you for watching. There is no fine dining in the resort but there are a lot near Waikoloa.
Do you prefer Kingsland over Ocean Tower at HWV? I’m booking open season so price is same for 2 bedroom.
@@cambridge1807 HWV has more amenities but kingsland has less amenities but quieter and parking is free.
If you stay in the farthest towers from the clubhouse/pool, do you have to drive to the clubhouse from your tower or is it a close walk?
Thanks for watching. It is walkable but the farthest might be a 5-10 min walk.
The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page 🧑🏻
Thanks for watching bartel as usual. Yes we have to travel as much as we can.
was this resort or golf course view?
This is golf view. The resort view is cheaper if paying with points or cash
