You should move that car with forklift like that other farmer did on the news 😂
I'd tow so there was less risk of damage. But covering it in💩 might be more satisfying first.
yes yes
@@markhowards420 accidents with the much spreader happen all the time :)
By law if they leave a vehicle unattended blocking your exit you can move it however you like cause damage it's just not criminal damage
Stick to the base of no more force than necessary

Great video Joe. We live in a popular seaside town in Yorkshire and we are near to the National park. I captured a van on CCTV dumping some litter and when I sent the footage to the council they took it seriously which surprised me and the person will be getting a surprise in the post.
There was footage posted recently on a social media platform which showed a man pull up to one of those little barrows that farms put out selling eggs etc. Again it was near us and he put all the eggs in the back of the car and then went back and took the cash tin as well! The farmer actually posted that if he came back and apologised he wouldn't take it any further. I don't know what the world is coming to but we are privileged to live in such a nice part of the country.
Look forward to seeing more videos. Simon.
Buy yourself a clamping boot and copy what they do in town . ( Might be a money maker.)
Either drag the car out of the way or get something to block them in. Either will teach them a lesson
I totally agree.
This happened a lot at my wife's old place, in town. She lived in a popular expat hot spot, and cars with diplomatic plates would often be blocking her garage. We could neither get them out of the way (diplomats = police or council won't touch or even fine them) nor block them in. Didn't feel very good about doing criminal damage, so... we let the air out of all 4 tyres. No damage, but they'd be needing a little help getting out. Of course the police came round asking "if we saw anything, *wink*". After 5 or so times they got the message.
We've done numerous things over the years from parking a trailer or tractor behind it to running irrigation pipes around them to literally tipping muck in a arc around them 🤣 just depends what the situation with other roads are
I kinda feel if you have plenty of warning about blocking it sign wise, then just do what you gotta to love it. Any damage taken to car is a bonus 😂
That’s the reason you should always keep a chain in the tractor I’d leave it in middle of nearest road 😂
Or nearest ditch, farmers need access 24/7/365 you don’t see a farmer having a day off. Keep up the great work Joe.
We usually tow them out of the way but I know someone who would (and has several times) used his Telehandler to pick them up.
I can see flying tipping here in Essex increasing as every local tip/recycling center is now pre-book only - so of weekends you have no chance
In Nottingham the Waste centres are Postcode association (Can only use 1Waste centre)
Local council bins are becoming increasingly popular with people who don't own Vehicles 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Tip by appointment only in Kent too.longwinded online form and a reference number, not the good old days of load,go and tip, when it suits you.
I don't believe that the council can't film people in public, Joe. There's cameras nearly everywhere you look.
Councils just need to make the tips free to all, its that simple.
Probably right Robert about filming… a lot of our waste is cannabis related… don’t think theyre up for taking it to the council run places 😂
@@joeseels
Government is in the drug business too so I doubt the council would give a monkey's. 🤔
It'll all fling out in the spreader and rot down, Will you spread it on the field?
No expectation of privacy in public, even less if they are on your land. Try Cameras on mobile phone mast.
I love walking in the country, wish their was somewhere to park, I always try to avoid blocking entrances and always leave a mobile number tucked under windscreen wiper.
I like the fact the signs say " Do not obstruct" - or "No parking"
@@georgehay5929 same in the UK lol
Also UK law for fair enterprise means that if they have camera's in the publicly accessible offices which they all do
They you can record them too
Place a few objects of fly tipping around the car after you have blocked them in, with a note that the release fee is they have to take a fly tipped object away as payment. Warn them you have marked it with smart water tagged to his licence plate just incase they think they too can dump it on a road side.
As a kid, back in the 50s/60s, I lived very near to a cattle farm. I used to go on it and mix with the cattle. There was one lovely Jersey, that would let you ride on her back.
I would sit down in the field, and the cows would inquisitively come round and smell you.
Such happy days.
I like the way they gather round when you play a guitar or some other instrument.
There is a thing that you can get to solve car problems like that ... its called "a telehandler" :) ... if you are feeling generous, just put the forks underneath when you lift it, not through the back window!
Why bother with forks use a grain bucket....
Hey Joe, maybe use the drone to see any cars blocking gates before a wasted journey. 😅 drop a payload 💩 on the window to remind them who uses the gate lol
Definitely you should leave it on top of the hedge with the 9 metre.
Cannot touch as *Lack of No Parking Signs* 😂🤣
To move is Considered *Theft* by Police 👍
@@statementleaver8095 Wrong. Its blocking an entrance and its only theft if you take it away without returning it. Moving an obstruction is fair game!
@@wideyxyz2271 No!
This isn't a Driveway.........No Dropcurb. No signs Although Gated it's a Footpath access Farmer Owns Field NOT Path🔎🔍

Give that car a FRESH paint job, apparently cow pat Brown is all the rage 😂
That was a great Video Joe, lovely day there, it rained here most of the day. Those drivers that block gateways are inconsiderate rude feckers pal, it must be so frustrating when you can’t even speak to them. You got the patience of a saint my friend 👍👍👍. Keep safe pal👍👍. Live it 👍👍👍
Pull it out and leave it in the road. Put a sign that says "Don't even think of parking here." & Keep entrance clear. Sorry but a farm is a business.
If you block a business some of them will put your car on the roof or some other inconvenient place.
For the parked car Joe, get your grease gun and write “Do not park here” on the bonnet. 🤣🤣🤣👍
On the windscreen would be better!
@@whitesapphire5865 🤣🤣🤣👍
Muck spreader run past the car perhaps… 🤔😀🤣
@@barryhumphries4514 A good old Howard rotospreader, or "scattershite" as we called it, would be best for that!
Brake fluid as it will remove the paint and will be a permanent reminder
Hell Drivers is a great film! Well worth watching
Chain round the towbar and drag it out of your way. Job done. 👍
Where I am in Wakefield we get loads of fly tipping.
It's mainly the small white vans that dump odd jobs...
The council here don't even bother to follow up. I used to work for Kirklees council and even if you took them bags with photos and letters with obvious evidence... They won't follow up with it.
If they won't... Why should you?
At one point one of the local farmers wanted to just dump all the rubbish in front of the town hall to see if they will do anything... Which they won't.
Re the parked car.
Pour some stale milk or old fish oil in the cabin intake, the grill below the wipers.
Never get rid of the smell and you haven't done any physical damage.
Beautiful day there Joe. Been raining here in North Kent.
Yes a few coats of cow slurry should work nicely
Park up the Deere behind it and get a lift back to.the farm and do something else. Leave a number on the window and casually and slowly make way back to move it when they call.
We have so many problems down the lanes and tracks here with fly tipping. Nobody gets caught, loads if furniture and builders waste is dumped.
Dismount a large piece of tillage equipment at the rear bumper say like a tandem disc and a large pile of manure in front!
do like olly. get solar powered cam. and get them to go half's. big high post. like you said at the school fence at the entrance
Farm manager where I am had some self adhesive notices made up yo put on people's screens. The type that when you peel them off they don't come off in one bit 😂
A farmer buddy of mine here in that states has a large chain for when people block this driveways.... He has dragged plenty of cars off his land.
great video thanks , really enjoyed that
Thanks for watching really appreciate it 😀
You can film anything as long as it/they are on public land. A drone is one way, as it can hover at a good height, but still get very clear video.......
Fly tipping is the scourge of the country, makes my blood boil.
Around me it's the state of the verges as well, just rubbish all the way along roadsides and council hedges growing out into the road.
Most of the verge rubbish comes from big rubbish lorries
@@stevenwardhaugh1392
They should be contained properly then, not just a net put over them.
It's a bloody disgrace, you don't see this in some other countries.
Great video Joe
Hi joe I am just looking how clean the tyres on the tractor are it is amazing weather for this time of the year it’s very good here in Ireland too makes jobs easier
Very dry!
I'd set up a company that can issue PCN's for incidents like that, you then put your PCN on the vehicle and chace for loss of earnings from being unable to conduct your daily business.
In Illinois we hook a chain to it and pull it out of the way
You can never get the police!!
Just tell them you have someone with a camera taking pictures of your gate, there will be an army of cops there in no time.😂
Hell drivers is a damn good film. The pictures on that DAF portray the lorries from the film. It was about the drivers hauling stone from a quarry. Bet Mr B knows film.
I’ve seen that film a few times. It’s the first thing I thought when I saw the truck
Early role for Sean Connery.
I'd love to see one those clear sky days again it's been a while it mid march 2023 and don't think I've seen the sun this year yet.
Block it in , put a phone number on the glass when they phone tell them you're busy and give them a time two or three hours in the future when you can get there, oh and have ear defenders on.
Just drag that car out way joe with forks lol another great video joe 👍👍👍
Brown cow seems more of a pet😊
We used to get them all the time here I've cured the problem by pallet tine extensions and remove all vehicles to the side of the road as long as you don't damage them they haven't got a leg to stand on then call the police and report the car as abandoned on the side of the road and touch wood we've gone from having at least 20 run ins to nothing lately
One of the main problems is the councils in general won't permit any vehicles other than small cars tiny minuscule trailers etc into their sites to dump off. My local council is much more relaxed and forward thinking. Long as you produce local id they don't generally charge or ask you to weigh off the result very little fly tipping. Most other councils are more than happy for people to dump anywhere and they might make a token gesture to clean it a little bit at most. Business!!
In the name of "recycling" many councils have made rubbish disposal very difficult. The result is a massive increase in fly tipping, and more cost for the councils...
They're obviously too stupid to see the bigger picture.
I found a piece of fly tip electric cable this morning. I weighed it in at the scrap yard for £20. Result!
@philhawley1219 Excellent result Phil get you a bit of grub or a few beer 👍
@@mikeman584 Five pints and a bag of scratchings is £20. A big nite out!
Most people just don't bother trying to understand the rules at their local tip. You can get in with bigger stuff, as long as it's not business waste - you just need to book.
Oddly most people are put off with booking which suggests it is business waste they have.
People need to not just employ any bloke with a pick up to take their sofa to waste as these are the ones tipping - not a proper business, no tax, no waste carriers certificate and no morals. Geg a decent company or use your councils bulky item collection service.
It's daft to suggest councils want or encourage fly tipping.
Iam surprised those fertilizer delivery lorries aren't in armoured vehicles. Seriously fertilizer nowadays is worth its weight in gold
Just put up clear EMERGENCY ACCESS REQUIRED 24/7 signage that makes it clear what will happen to cars left blocking gateways.
Old Milk of Magnesia bottle lol old stuff like that is cool as hell 👊👍
Great vid joe, how much tone can you fit in your Amazon spinner
Tow rope on board hook up pull out of way. Your tractor is not going to struggle moving that. It's not a public car park.
I'm fairly sure that if you have a crime reference number the tips would take it as exemption from normal commercial rules
I could see it had a tow bar i would just put a chain on it and pull it out the way .
Drop weight block off behind them and block them in
I’d be tempted to put a chain around the tow hook of that Citroen and drag it out the way!
Get a chain and drag it out the way Joe iv done it twice 👍💯
I drove past your place today and saw the tm by the whigh brige and want to in but dad said u look busy
Where do you get ferti from now ??
and how many hektar/acres do you farm?
superglue them a polite note on the biggest piece of paper you can find right in the middle of the windscreen
Spray expanding foam up the car exhaust pipe
Creative ideas! 😂😂😀
Drag them out the way with a towstrap, I've done it many times over the years.
Here I was hoping to see some Fert spreading on a parked car....
If the stupid councils do not realise that the flytipping is a result of their pathetic rules at the tips then they deserve having to go out and clear up the crap.
Though the trouble is the government recycling plan from years ago caused the tips to shut down the rubbish side and concentrate on recycling
People are lazy, and a lot of fly tippers are commercial, who dont want to pay for the recycling
Fly tipping is a result of council dumps turning people away - addressing that would go a long way to help the issue. As for that car - give it the 9mtr treatment !
It's was nice to meet Big Mick this evening loading out of Goole!
Phoned him about this 😂😂👍
Pick it put in the middle of the road.. 😎
Tow bar on the back of the car ? excellent that sounds like a strap on the bar and drag it out of the way
The council should provide places to take rubbish to then they wouldn't have to handle all the tipping. My local skips used to be open 7 days a week from 7-8 but now they are only open a few days through the week and weekend and have stopped taking lots of different rubbish. It's not really surprising people dump places but I must admit I don't see very much rubbish lying around but no doubt it will be somewhere like a track. It's all about cutbacks and using the money elsewhere where it's not needed! There's lots of things going on not many people know about like for instance led streetlights which are more than a light even though led lights are really bad for people and animals! ❤️💛💚
Stop making excuses for the scum who drove to that lane & fly-tipped 100% their rubbish their responsibility to dispose of appropriately.
Fill your muck Spreader and do reverse movement in the gateway.
Honestly if that happened on our farm we would through a chain around the diff & drag it 30 feet out into the paddock with the tractor. No ifs or buts
Interested to find out what camera set-up you use, and what software you use to edit your videos.
iPhone and an app on it called splice… keep it simple, needs to be fast and easy to do a video everyday 😀
Big chain,a couple of shackles and let the tractor do it's thing, failing that just get the forks under it and put it behind a load of fly tip.
Bloody hate Flytippers, sod em, stick the cameras up, have a dummy one that can be just seen and a couple that’s really well disguised. Hope you have a great year ahead.
I know of a few farmers in my area who use old tyres for the gateways and when I say tyres they're bloody huge! Ha ha
I would have blocked the car in and left a number to call me when they were ready to move their car.... at which point I would figure out how long it took them to respond and I would equal that time in my response...
As long as you adequately warn people of the consequences of blocking working gateways, you are entitled to carry out whichever penalty is noted on the signage.....
A quick lift with the tm or the 9mtr should do the trick 🤷♂️
Hi Joe
Should have dumped a trailer full of manure at the back of the car and left a shovel on top of it 😂
I've got a clamp spare if ya need it
I’ve never done this, however. Random car parked somewhere stupid. Chain it and drag out the way.
Find their address and send Big Mick down to fart through their letterbox 💨 🚪
No consideration. Fly tippers been on near to where I live and dumped a load in a field. Shocking mess all over the UK
People don’t release how hard farmers work even with modern machinery , I deal with a lot of farmers and have friends who are farmers it’s 24/7 always something to do especially dairy farmers, it’s not a job it’s a lifestyle , NO FARMERS NO FOOD well done the farmers 👍
Thank you 😊
Thought you were going to cover his car accidentally with muck .
Did you notice the registration number on the Hell Drivers lorry.
Next time use farm vehicles to block them in or even ton bags charge them £50 to release their vehicle or they can go through the same process you have to and phone 101 and airplane mode your phone lol 🤣😆🤣
Hold them accountable using the laws that allow you to do so
You should make some cards that say something like, 'Hello vehicle owner, I was here today trying to grow food for our community. You probably didn't realize, but you left your car blocking my field. Please remember us when finding a place to park in the future.' And make sure to leave a QR code and URL to your UA-cam.
Just leave it on their windshield so you can inform them without spending more time, and market your channel! Business cards are cheap. Everything is an opportunity when you're a business owner. :P
You can film people in public so get those cameras up I would find out who owns suspect van or lorry and kindly return their displaced goods.
Always carry a strop n drag it out the way
You should put one of your stickers on it…Then Move it!!!
Chain..tow bar..pull the damn thing out of the way. Stick it in the field and shut the gate.
Get that countryfile team to do a program on public nuisance to try and get through to these ignorant townies
Can you not put a locked gate on the entrance of the lane ?
Council put one on, lock was cut soon after… gates cut in half now
@@joeseels how about one of those concrete things that only tractors can drive over ?
In a place like that it's knock for knock. Insurance won't cover them, just don't video it 🤣🤣🤣. The car had a tow hitch wrap a strap around it and tata. What I would do is put some bales of straw around it for few days make them lose time,
Fly tipping wouldn't happen if council stopped charging for commercial waste disposal. The only people fly tipping are those people who can't dispose of waste because they either can't pay or they are home owners with a van and councils treat anyone with a van as commercial waste.
As they have to sort fly tipping out, the number of people involved in the investigation and prosecution, that money is best spent on provision of free commercial waste disposal for small businesses.
you should of tipped load manure behind car and a fork for him
That was a tough morning, you opened a gate and caressed a brown cow and then went for your dinner.
What can I say… living the dream
Landmines will sort those fly tippers out 🤣
Councils have cctv everywhere, motorways also so why not there. Go through it find an address and return it to owner 🎉
Hey Joe, why did that fert truck spin around before unloading. As you could unload all from one side. It's better for his tyres (and your yard) if he turns when empty. An employer thought me stuff like this once, details like this.(he was an owner/operator).
And the car.. maybe put a nice note under the wiper (not sarcastic). To explain, most of the time it's unknowingly. But it is annoying, as one is tought with driving lessons to not park in front of gateways.
I think he did it that way because the straps were on that side, so he would have to open both curtains to take the straps off, if he didn’t turn around
@@joeseelsthat would have been my guess indeed 😅. But it instantly made me remember that guy.. and it's at least 13yrs ago 🤣
get some dolavs filled with concrete....place them around car and make them wait along ass time....solved our problems asoon as the word spread
You should lift it out the way or block it.Otherwise they won't learn.
