thank you for showing us how to make egg rolls, I have been thinking about making some my self but had no idea how to fold them so thank you. I think a pinch of ginger and a small pinch of curry powder would have set them off perfectly.

That is a delicious dinner! Never knew gas stoves change temperature that fast. You blew my mind throwing the rice into the skillet w/the rest. Didn't think there was enough liquid. I've embarked on many a crunchy rice expeditions myself. Also, that was really a nutritious meal. Thx for posting . God bless.
I was a little concerned myself 🤣🤣🤣… I left the lid on it for 15-20 minutes before I ever lifted it off lol… It was a very pleasant surprise 😊😊 God Bless you too ♥️

Another triumph in the kitchen. Looks amazing and so tasty! Thanks for sharing your skills as always! I’ve never made egg rolls before but you’ve given me the confidence to try them. I’m going to serve mine with some sweet and sour sauce. I also had a thought about the beef dish and that is to add a tsp or two of Asian five spice mix to the sauce for an even more Asian flavor plus a couple of tbsps of plum preserves to that sauce also for a sweeter flavor.
