I use stuff from Shannons "Catch Wrestling Takedowns" instructional a lot in Jiu Jitsu. I catch people a lot all the time, even simple things like the hand fighting details are extremely useful. I like the fact that I also don't have to drop knees on the ground for these takedowns to work.
