You have to turn wear detection on in the app for it to work it’s turned off when you get the headphones for the first time. Wear detection works well once I turned it on, but for $450 they don’t sound like they should be worth that price. I got mine open box for $327 at Best Buy so I’m happy with the purchase

Love my Sonos phone qualitu is GREAT. NOISE CANCELLING GREAT. BETTER THAN SONY XM5 AND BETTER THAN APPLE . APPLE IS ONLY GREAT FOR APPLE had them all .
