my anxiety and heart problem have been getting the best of me lately. haven’t been able to sleep bc my insomnia flared back up, constant migraines from overthinking and worries. anxiety attacks from trauma… but whenever I play this at 3/4am when I’m having a mental episode? it seems as if everything gets so much easier and I just fall asleep. SUPER thankful for this… I’ve been using this for a solid 2 months now to fall asleep and have some sort of peace of mind. to everyone out there going through tough times? you’re not alone ❤️. stay strong my friends, love you guys!
