Only 30 % of the population of Ottawa speaks both official languages of Canada.... Montreal is more Canadian than Ottawa the capital .... anglophones burnt down the Canadian parliament in Montreal , the capital ... tge Queen moved the capital to Ottawa to pleases unilingual anglophones
