I can't brother, I have the tools but I'm not getting the firmware, it's better you visit the service centre & ask them to degrade the current firmware (factory default) but what happened?

It is not Oppo which ruins the sound after the update, everyone has updated, and Realme has not done anything like that. I have done it myself, and there are no changes, did you try this setting on the equaliser?
