@@showithere8550 iI used to have it playing on my phone all night. Brian recommends a sleep mask which I recently tried. It makes a significant difference especially as the meditation is binaural.
@@showithere8550 I don’t like Bluetooth because it’s not good for your brain…. But was using my phone at night and wasn’t getting the full effects that way. He says words in 1 ear and words in another and it sounds different w headphones. So I found a pair of plug in headphones. They are soft and also double as a mask. I wake up a d they are usually still in place. I will say if you Donot have headphones Donot worry. I would play it aloud on my phone rather than listen to nothing. You still are getting benefits. The headphones just turn it up a notch in my opinion though
I ran this meditation for 2days and got an email from my parents the next day to tell me they were inspired to to pay off my mortgage!! BOOM! Thank you Brian!
This all night meditation is amazing. I leave it on while I sleep. Its hasn't made me lots of money. But what it has done is help me overcome alcoholism. AA CBT hypnosis nothing worked. But this completely blocks out the craving and temptation for alcohol. Thank you Brian for giving my life and mind back.

I have my own business, and I have been struggling to get a specific client for a month for work ... I for some reason found this video, and so I was like this is interesting. Why not? so I fell asleep and in the morning woke up to an email stating they wanted to hire my services right away... I was just stunned. Yo can also listen to this throughout the day but on very LOW volume to the point you just about can’t hear it. If you play too loud during your waking hours when your conscious mind is dominate, your subconscious mind will reject it because your conscious mind won’t agree with it. At very low volume it just plays in the background as you go about your daily activities without your conscious mind noticing. This will then allow it go to straight into your subconscious without much resistance from the conscious mind.

Yes it's true if you play it loud at night you probably won't go to sleep. So it tried it again in very low volume. And I fell asleep without even noticing that the meditation is still playing when I woke up the next morning.

I very rarely remember my dreams. I go to bed most nights with pen and paper in hand and I struggle to remember details the next morning. I listened to this last night (without headphones) and I kid you not, I had at least 4 dreams that I remembered. One was quite scary but the others very happy and fun. Can't wait to listen again tonight with headphones. Thank you Brian for everything you're doing.
I've had the most interesting experience after this sleep meditation. I did wonder if my conscious meditations did much to my subconscious beliefs and programs. Now I can see that this one is super powerful. I caught only a tail of it when it was premiering, listened to about an hour and a half. Echo was kind of too much but I decided to bear with it. Somehow I fell asleep and woke up when it was done, there was some clicking sound. I don't know if it was real or not, it doesn't matter. I took my headphones off and fell asleep again. Here's to the interesting part. I don't remember my dreams anymore or very rarely. I used to see full blown color movies in my sleep but have not seen them for years. This morning I woke up from the funniest vivid dream ever. I won't go into details but it involved a lot of human feces from my toddler kid and me. Lots. I always knew that this means money. It always meant money for me. Then I had a nap thoughout the day and had another amazing dream seeing my mom getting super lucky. These are 2 vivid dreams after years of almost nothing. Amazing!!! Tonight I'll listen to this meditation from the very beginning and I can only imagine how my subconscious will flip. Brian, you outdid yourself here. Many thanks to you for this beautiful experience!
After being asleep for 3 hours i awoke and saw the reflection of water all over my ceiling. Maybe it was my nervous system lit up. This definitely did something. Love your work so much 🙏

I thoroughly reverberate with the background music that plays from 7:11 to 30:11. It is the gentle-way. It allows this gentle guidance and gentle feel, the platform to communicate with my source self (subconscious mind) so that I can ask it to manifest the wish I seek. It must be gentle communication , at least for me & in the spirit of love. this music sets the right feel the right conditions to communicate & just create flow between your dynamic self (conscious mind) and your source-self (unconscious/subconscious mind).

Last night (Jan 01, 2022), I went to sleep by listening to this video. It was very pleasant, but I literally felt and dreamt me flying in the open sky without any gliders. In fact, every time I woke up and when I dosed of again with the head phone still on, it was as if I was continuing my flying from where I left, as if I have come back to watch the moving where I paused. Strange but it was an awesome experience.

Wow 🤩 all I can say is I listened to this for one night . It was last night . I woke up a few times in the night to the voice but could not remember a word . I’ve overcome an eating disorder I struggled with for most my life though, when it comes to body image and not allowing what my physical body looks like to stop me from engaging in activities in life, I definitely could use a little bit of help. He says words in 1 ear and words in another and it sounds different w headphones. So I found a pair of plug in headphones. They are soft and also double as a mask. I wake up a d they are usually still in place. I will say if you Donot have headphones Donot worry. I would play it aloud on my phone rather than listen to nothing. You still are getting benefits. The headphones just turn it up a notch in my opinion though

This all night meditation is amazing. I leave it on while I sleep. Its hasn't made me lots of money. But what it has done is help me overcome alcoholism. AA CBT hypnosis nothing worked. But this completely blocks out the craving and temptation for alcohol. Thank you Brian for giving my life and mind back.

Yo can also listen to this throughout the day but on very LOW volume to the point you just about can’t hear it. If you play too loud during your waking hours when your conscious mind is dominate, your subconscious mind will reject it because your conscious mind won’t agree with it. At very low volume it just plays in the background as you go about your daily activities without your conscious mind noticing. This will then allow it go to straight into your subconscious without much resistance from the conscious mind.

Yes it's true if you play it loud at night you probably won't go to sleep. So it tried it again in very low volume. And I fell asleep without even noticing that the meditation is still playing when I woke up the next morning.

I very rarely remember my dreams. I go to bed most nights with pen and paper in hand and I struggle to remember details the next morning. I listened to this last night (without headphones) and I kid you not, I had at least 4 dreams that I remembered. One was quite scary but the others very happy and fun. Can't wait to listen again tonight with headphones. Thank you Brian for everything you're doing.
I've had the most interesting experience after this sleep meditation. I did wonder if my conscious meditations did much to my subconscious beliefs and programs. Now I can see that this one is super powerful. I caught only a tail of it when it was premiering, listened to about an hour and a half. Echo was kind of too much but I decided to bear with it. Somehow I fell asleep and woke up when it was done, there was some clicking sound. I don't know if it was real or not, it doesn't matter. I took my headphones off and fell asleep again. Here's to the interesting part. I don't remember my dreams anymore or very rarely. I used to see full blown color movies in my sleep but have not seen them for years. This morning I woke up from the funniest vivid dream ever. I won't go into details but it involved a lot of human feces from my toddler kid and me. Lots. I always knew that this means money. It always meant money for me. Then I had a nap thoughout the day and had another amazing dream seeing my mom getting super lucky. These are 2 vivid dreams after years of almost nothing. Amazing!!! Tonight I'll listen to this meditation from the very beginning and I can only imagine how my subconscious will flip. Brian, you outdid yourself here. Many thanks to you for this beautiful experience!

I thoroughly reverberate with the background music that plays from 7:11 to 30:11. It is the gentle-way. It allows this gentle guidance and gentle feel, the platform to communicate with my source self (subconscious mind) so that I can ask it to manifest the wish I seek. It must be gentle communication , at least for me & in the spirit of love. this music sets the right feel the right conditions to communicate & just create flow between your dynamic self (conscious mind) and your source-self (unconscious/subconscious mind).

Last night (Jan 01, 2022), I went to sleep by listening to this video. It was very pleasant, but I literally felt and dreamt me flying in the open sky without any gliders. In fact, every time I woke up and when I dosed of again with the head phone still on, it was as if I was continuing my flying from where I left, as if I have come back to watch the moving where I paused.

Wow 🤩 all I can say is I listened to this for one night . It was last night . I woke up a few times in the night to the voice but could not remember a word .
