good job! which glue u use and what is the brown thing you put on the sites. Can i use pure alcohol to clean up the lcd?

Actually i use my own home made LCD cleaner but you can use any LCD cleaner or 100% alcohal.

@Blue Lagoon how?? without loca it's like putting those tempered glasses that only stick to the edge of the screen there's always a gap between them
No its like the old phones with the space between screen and the glass
Hello Dear! There is no space between glass and LCD panael but when you repalace a glass at home then you can't not use a LOCA glue because its goes inside the LCD. that why you should repair with out any glue.

Yes! If you have a power full haidryer then you can use because otherwise its take too much time and maybe Phone's glass not heated up properly and risk of damage LCD.

what kind of wire are you using to pull the glass off?

I am using just normal double side glue tape strip for mobile phones.
NOTE:- use twice on each side then you can make little gap between LCD and glass.

Agar crack zayada hai or disturb ker raha hai to phir must change kerna hoga lekin agar zayada nahi hai or asaani se istamaal ker sakte ho to phir zarorat nahi hai kyunk agar aapko khud mahi ker sakte to phir aapke liye bohut mehnga hoga lekin behter yehi hai only glass change kerna kyun k aapki Original LCD hai or agar LCD panel change hoga to ho sakta hai k wo Chinese laga dein.
Try to change only front glass please.
