You know? I tried to work this on my Virtual PC 2007. I tried all the Windows OS: 9x, 2000 XP and Server 2003 and even Embedded. None of these works. Maybe it required Direct3D. But it is not compatible with Virtual PC 2007. If i am wrong, tell me in the comments.

Yes, the problem is DirectX 3D mostly doesn't work on Virtual PC. I tried to run many times and it worked, which I used VMWare with 3D Acceleration on my (2015) notebook. The weird thing is that doesn't work at all, on my (2020) another notebook.
