If you were looking further afield I think the English Court of Appeal videos some hearings, and the UK Supreme Court certainly has all hearings available online.
I have heard several Federal Appellate Courts online. I remember hearing an oral argument in front of a Circuit court where SCOTUS had ruled in between the filing of the brief and the meeting of the Circuit. The court asked him if he wanted them to overrule SCOTUS.
She is so busy deflecting and focusing on the judge and the courts that way she doesn't have too see that SHE IS THE PROBLEM, and the reason she can't see her kids. She needs to grow up, take accountability, stop blaming others and work on herself.

Forcing herself into sensitive business for self centered reasons, messing it up, and then leaving with an attitude of “I was right, things would’ve turned out better if you did what I said”…. That's a huge amount of rent to get behind. You cannot not pay your rent. You're getting help from the government, and the owner is the property acting generously by giving you even more time. This is craziness. You must pay your rent.
Even when you have legitimate cause for withholding rent ... the legally proper way to do that is to pay the full and correct rent per usual, but into escrow.

As to the small claims matter -- This is really sketchy. First, how does this single mom have a legitimate tax refund of 9K and not have enough sense to file here taxes on her own or go to a legitimate tax service? To have that large a refund she'd have to be making at least 70 - 80 K or more. Second, who's going to pay the penalties and interest when the IRS reviews the inmate's work?
