Prinz H was fun, but Prinz R was amazing and Schlieffen just turned it up to 11. With all the guns & all the torps, this line is bit squishy but true brawlers.
Yeah, T8 is pain, but 9 and 10 make up for it. These ships are "allrounders", as in, they're not relegated to a specific role, and are very good at punishing bad plays / positioning.
@@FunandGameswithTerry I'm currently grinding for the tier VIII on my new account, been enjoying the Prinz Heinrich so much so that I even bought its historical camo. In 2024 is the proceeding ship still a stinker? Or has it been buffed?
As with all battlecruisers, build for concealment and don't be afraid to disengage if you take too much fire. Most players will lose interest if you start actively dodging. These are not ships to "hold the line & tank" with the regular BBs, if you play them more with a cruiser mindset, you'll be generally better off. They require quite a bit of map awareness, knowing where to go and where not to. To paraphrase Jingles, "giving the enemy something to shoot at is what teammates are for"
From what I have seen from reviews, and talking to people on discord, this is the ship where the line starts to get interesting (I’m only on the tier 5, and it is fun. But I haven’t played much of the German battlecruisers)
When I ground through the line I enjoyed most of the ships, including Heinrich, with one exception - the Zeiten. But the Rupprecht is where the burst damage really starts to come to its own.
I didn't enjoy the T5 (too slow), but Mackensen is a good one at tier 6 (basically a free PEF), Heinrich is good at T7, but depending on the enemy team letting you do things. Zieten is... special. But in return, Rupprecht and Schlieffen are excellent ships. I've heard rumblings that they're significantly harder to play in Asia, due to range-camp meta, and those things really don't work unless you're engaging at about 7km. On NA (where my personal account is), it's fun, especially during the league-rollover-derp phase, where everyone's reset :)
@@FunandGameswithTerry I am very excited to try getting the Schlieffen, though I may skip the tier 8, as I’m not willing to suffer through that ship. And yeah, the tier 5 is not amazing, but I do find some fun in it. Tier 6 will definitely be amazing. The rumors about these ships being harder to play on the asian server is 100% true. At least at the higher tiers that is, even though I’m not a Asian server player
I have the ship I find it dose best bow in and also the auto secs are surprisingly good at causing fires I find it is helpful to save your overload for danger close dd encounters
Also the main guns work quite well at handling dds as well I find that dds are used to rushing bbs and getting away with a few overpins but with the guns on this ship iv gotten consistent full damage pins on the bigger dds 🎉lol
Depends on the range, you can do quite a bit with AP against DDs, especially the larger ones (centre aim) at longer ranges, and German HE is pretty bad to begin with. Although I often just ignore the mains, and concentrate on the 150s, can make dodging easier.
Yeah, I actually have Repulse (excellent ship btw), but at that moment, wasn't sure if she had torps or not. Also that Soviet BB may have been looking, in which case pushing would have been dangerous. But goes to show how important knowing your target's capabilities is. And yes, GG for sure!
I don't mind Gneisenau, but at tier 7, I'd definitely play Heinrich, given the choice. Now, Zieten isn't that great, but T9 and 10 are fun as well. I still like the Freddy and GK, but I'm looking forward to Schlieffen's secondary dakka.
Thanks for creating order to "random" chaos. Truly love your channel. Keep up the good work 👍

I use Yamato too over power and always win
für mich, eines der besten Schiffe auf t7❤
Da gibt es viele, aber sie ist auf jeden Fall in der gleichen Liga wie meine Scharnhorst, die bisher diesen Platz für mich hatte :)
The two Prinz ships aré H&R ships, that Is hit AND run, AND run fast.
Hit and keep an island between yourself and things that hurt :)
