The driver made it to a gas station.. " all hell breaks out ". The driver was in the military service. I remember the Police name to this day. Officer Gonzalez. Needless escalated/hyped that whole situation.

It's unconstitutional that it took a year for this cop to be charged. We are guaranteed EQUAL application of the law under the constitution. Due process should be the same for regular citizens and cops. If cops are afforded priveleges in due process that regular citizens are not (like a significant delay in charges) then that is an unequal application of the constitution.
