The performance was beautifully synchronized. People are always making videos of these performances. Then you get those rude assholes who let off that God forbidden high pitch scream. I noticed this occurs regularly during Tahitian performances. WHY? What is the reason for it? Looking for attention? WTF!! It’s rude to whoever is making a video and here’s that scream that just ruins it. It’s annoying. It doesn’t appear like it’s encouragement to the dancers - quite the opposite. They are concentrating on giving a perfect performance then to be distracted by the scream. Save it for the end of the performances. The screamer potentially can ruin the dancers performance and the videos being made by professionals and non-professionals.
It is actually out of respect when you hear those high pitched screams. “Chee hoo” is a popular polynesian expression that signifies excitement, joy, or enthusiasm.
You're actually the one who is rude. This is how polynesian support dancers. It is actually rude to stay silent and not encouraging people on stage. It is a very common thing and it is part of Polynesian culture.
BEAUTIFUL ❤
