This is misleading. The caption should not indicate as the richest countries in Africa. It should be the largest or biggest economy in Africa because when we talk of biggest or largest economy it does not always follow as the richest economy. Indonesia has the biggest economy in the asean countries but it does not follow that Indonesia is richer than Singapore. When we determine the riches countries, the barometer is the gdp per capita but if we talk of the biggest or largest economy normally the barometet is the gdp nominal.
