I LOVE pepper. Probably a bit too much. So my scale on how much is totally different. So, I'd probably agree with the guy especially when the dish is as subtle as mac and cheese.
I love the fact that Taye's rating was similar to all the other contestants'. That just goes to show how fair they really were.

These guys are making me feel better about my baked mac. Main three things to focus on are creaminess, seasoning, and that top layer of cheese (but don't neglect cheese throughout). You don't need to get fancy as long as you've got those factors down...
