Nah this shit is like a new passive for the heroes already. Should be a tier 4 emblem if they're gonna allow this with drawbacks such as no tier 2 talent or something. There's no reason to get anything else if this is in the game

Nolan Is Actually so OP with this item like, He already has 2 Second Cd on his moves now is 1s, and makes him spam like there is no tomorrow 💀 and Cyclops is spam-like 3-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-2

7:36 Temporal Reign is working on Roger tho and most of the time he kite during teamfights, so its still useful on him.
But why sacrifice killing spree's post combat sustain for a talent with a 20 second cooldown????
Oh both of you, stop using both Temporal Reign and Killing Spree. Quantum Charge is the best for Roger. If Roger has zero kills, Killing Spree is useless. And Roger has a different set of S1 and S2 when changing forms.

Roger is just a beast with Quantum Charge, neat for extra chasing/escaping strength without the need of securing kills.
And securing kills/assists can just shorten Wolf Forme Roger's 1st skill CD though.

Alucard is actually pretty good tbh (compared to meta heros, yes he is weaker). Early to mid game damage is good and it will be better paired with the new emblem. Alucard is easily countered in late game, so just try to end early@@vladdostupidthings6549

@@ender__games5983 it applies to the skills in the background, usually when you go back to human form right away the skills are still in cooldown but as you can see when he went back to human form the skills were ready

temporal reign is very nice for heroes that use ult opening, giving them strong burst + dps for a while, but it means sacrificng lethal ignition or killing spree for a core hero, which can be a letdown.

7:26 temporal reign is effective on gusion. Along with fleeting time, your ulti is available again.
Temporal Reign has a 20 sec cooldown. So even with fleeting time, in spite of his ult being available again, Temporal Reign is still on cooldown after at least a triple kill.
@@myopiamlbb I don't expect Gusion's ulti is like Karina's. Resetting his ulti once in 20 secs is enough since he's not a great at escaping after killing one enemy.

Gusion's ult *"resets"* the cooldown of his S1 and S2. You already know what this means, right? Then why bother using Temporal Reign?
Resetting the CD of your skills is much more potent than simply doubling the recharging speed of your skills. And even when Temporal Reign works, can you still cast his S1+S2+S1 combo or S2+S1+S1 combo for the third time after the talent's duration expires? I assure you that if Temporal Reign expires, you simply need to wait a little while to cast S2 again. This is why you need fleeting time, right?
Assuming you need fleeting time, I repeat, you still have to wait a little while to cast your S2.
S1 CD is from 6.0 sec to 5.1 sec with FT, and from 3.0 sec to 2.05 sec once the talent is activated.
S2 CD is from 9.0 sec to 7.65 sec with FT, and from 4.5 sec to 3.83 sec once the talent is activated.
Therefore, assuming you need fleeting time, you will only cast S1 for the third time. That's all there is to it. Temporal Reign is super close to ending its duration when you cast S2.
So even if you already have it, you're too late in pulling a third combo off. You'll just use your S1, and you'll usually retreat through it.
If you disagree with me, for 1.95 sec, how will you use your S1 before Temporal Reign ends?
And for 0.17 sec, how will you use your S2 before Temporal Reign ends?
