Casey's attitude is awesome. Love his business model. I have done the tax deed sale approach when I bought the land behind my home, & will use this model.

Great interview. I love how they are trying to dig for clarity. He would make a great politician. His answers are like cotton candy. I did get something powerful from him, though: Look into appraiser training, even if i'm not getting licensed (so entertaining and informative).
How does he deal with collection on 75% terms 8 to 10 years? Probably have 1200+ finance deals at. Time, i am thinking it is a serious business deal on is own, how do you feel about that?
@@e.r.6147 too many people got into it during COVID. I’ve gotten plenty of nasty voice messages saying they already got 5 letters like mine offering twice as much. Going after only more expensive lots would work but not the cheapies which what I’m more comfortable with.

At what % of retail is he acquiring the land? What kind of $ is he making per deal?
We tried asking those questions. It doesn't sound like there's a standard formula for each deal. It's more of a case-by-case thing.
Q: "So what's a good deal? Are you trying for 25%......" A: "You can find deals anywhere......" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
