The breath hold technique works very well . . . Basically, you let out all your air from the lungs and hold it until it's really uncomfortable and your body is screaming at you to take a breath, and at a certain point your brain must forget about the peeing situation and it just comes out. ----- For me this works every time, it takes a little practice but it works. It's harder when someone is watching but it works good for me either way. The breath hold has become my go to technique. I hope this helps someone.

Worked for me on last pee test yesterday like a charm, TYVM!!!! Couldn’t void previously due to shy bladder. Also recommend drinking a few glasses of cranberry juice a few hours before test with a fruit cup and a little bit of meat so not to dilute sample. Thank you my friend and you are a godsend . Start new job in 2 weeks! :-)

I’m trying to master the urinal. I get nervous peeing in Public but am trying to work on it. I found that when you take your time and don’t rush, your pee will come out. You have to be patient sometimes. Also, you might not even need to pee but feel the sensation. Practice makes perfect.
