I loooove lumpia!!! I was surprised to see so many different types!! I’ve never seen tuna lumpia either!! I liked seeing the market and all the food they sell. Great video, Paulie!! 😀😀
Thank You for saying it is a great video! I think it is a pretty cool gimmick to do the variety of lumpia. Those were not the best I have ever had, but hey, I liked the choices, and it was fun.
The Little Lady makes it at times, and I had coworkers that would always make it, so it is nothing new to me, but I have never had a tuna lumpia before. Was nice to see the variety! Thanks Dewi!

Thank you, Paulie! My best friend growing up was from the Philippines. His mom and dad would throw big parties almost every weekend and she would make lumpia, they were so good. Man, that intersection you were stuck at for a couple minutes, the traffic was crazy. Thanks again for the lumpia shout out. Hope you guys have a safe trip back, it looks like you're having fun.👍👍
There will be plenty more lumpia in future videos. This lumpia stand was good, but I have to say The Little Lady makes my favorite lumpia, and they are larger than these in the video. I wasn't actually stuck, I was just standing on the corner to show how traffic works,..it gets worse! Not coming back any time soon, we are scheduled to come back in August but we might stay for a year? Stay tuned, got a LOT MORE coming! I was happy to mention you in this video!
@PaulieDetmurds yeah, that traffic is crazy. Motorcycles zippin in and out, cars and busses stopping and goin and probably not many accidents. I guess if you're gonna go that far away, you might as well stay for a while, right?
@@4seasonsbbq I own the trike I was on, and I am looking at buying another bike, probably a Honda or Yamaha? Every time I have lumpia, I will shout you out while here! Thanks Ron!

At 13min 16sec in, there's a custom 'survivor' bus that has my last name written on the side, Borja. Looks like A Borja lol, probably a common last name there but that was really cool to see. That's wild. The market is like the whole town. Is this an every day thing? Do they set up and take down their booths every single day? Haha that one guy made a nice catch when the bag fell off the little vehicle. That traffic is one crazy mess. I can't even imagine Jessie driving in that LOL. I wouldn't even want to ride my scooter in that mess. Haha, think that guy on the motorcycle that said good morning just wanted to be on youtube lol. Your dish looks like ramen noodles to me. With some eggs and stuff tossed in. Was that fried banana? Awesome vid!
Yes, the banana was fried. The market is there every day. They simply just close at night like any store in the USA. The driving here is fun to watch to be honest. Beeping the horn at someone is a way of saying, hey, I am about to pass you, or hey, I am coming, don't step into the road. The intersection is just a take your time and find an opening without going too fast. I didn't think the guy would catch it, but he did! Thanks for watching, I had a great time, but did suffer a sunburn!
I was born and raised in this town, this is the province capital town but until now the market place wasn't properly organized, no permanent and decent public market buildings, roads are still narrows and untidy..... why? Because of corruptions and mismanagement of officials. Sad fact!!
The new market should be nice though (currently under construction). Corruption? My country has become worse in that matter. I thank You for the great comment! Salamat!
