Ha, we're currently on our second to last day in Porto Pollo! I've watched quite a few of your videos to improve my windsurfing these past two weeks so it's fun seeing this now :)
Porto Pollo is a very nice place and a superb surf spot. I have been there almost 20 years ago in summer times and the wind was really good. Next year I will go in april eventually because the wind is better in spring than in summer.
Porto Pollo is one of my favorite windsurfing spots in the Med. I stayed at hotel La Vecchia Fonte in Palau. Really nice hotel and town. I can recommend.

Nice Video, I would just recommend to go to Sardinia by car and if possible stay/sleep in it. Around this time of the year that's totally okay and you are relly flexible, there are a lot of spots beside Porto Pollo as well that are worth to explore, don't focus too much on it. We have just been there for 2 weeks and sailed on the west east and north coast. We will definitely go again 🤠

Even if you don't intend to actually camp/sleep there, is it possible to get there with the motorhome, just to spend a few hours sailing?
no, it has a height restriction at the parking and you cannot enter, only H1 is possible. 😢 for big cars you only can park at the big parking in porto pollo.
