As someone who has the wired version of this mouse, the texture starts to wear off after 1 year of regular use. I have been using it for 1.5 years and the texture where the thumb and the palm rests is now shiny smooth. That said, I haven't faced any tracking or misclicks during this period. Also, the mouse stays relatively clean even tho it's this old and has holes. Living in India, with my room next to a public road and window open, is really a testimony to how well it handles dust.
Great substitute for the G pro X superlight (wireless). For less then half the money. 64.99 here. I paid 220 for my Superlight, and had to replace the omrons for Kailh. This pulsefire already comes with nice aftermarket TTC Gold dustproof switches. And you can get glass skates for both.
I have both , gpx is way better the sensor doesnt skip like hyperx also gpx has beyter build quality it feels better on hand and is better balanced weight. Also the wheel on gpx is better uncan feel the clicks. What is better on hyperx is the side buttons way better than gpx.
I absolutely LOVE the Haste Wireless. I use one at work and it's great. The clicks are a little quieter than typical "office" mice such as the G305 or MX Master 3, or the abhorrent basic Dell mouse. Simple and reliable. What more could I ask for?
I’ve been rocking this mouse for a good 6 months. Probably my favorite out of the 10 or so I’ve owned. Haven’t had any issues with it and it was a real budget option when I picked it up.
I brought this mouse like 6 months ago just to play around with it for fun and it’s very good and underrated, in my opinion one of the best budget mouses for sure. The biggest con for me that made me stop using the mouse was the Program. It crashed every 5 seconds, I couldn’t mess with macros, DPI settings or anything.
I got lucky and got one of these during the nuts HP pricing for around $30 shipping included, it is a seriously decent mouse, even compared to mice double the standard price. Can't complain :)
I have had this mouse for about 3 months and I must say it's really good. However, the scroll wheel is not as good as diamond says. It doesn't have very defined steps, it's narrow and worst of all it's jumpy. The scroll wheel is hyper sensitive and it can be activated by itself randomly. If you use the scroll wheel to swap weapons, this flaw will probably get you killed in game. I had to change my scroll wheel to other inputs in apex legends in order to mitigate this flaw. Before you say that this is a problem with my unit. There are several reviews on amazon reporting this issue along side other issues such as the main clicks having different feedback. Nonetheless, I still recommend the mouse if you don't swap weapons with it and can live with a jumpy scroll wheel.
@@mariodroid7 have you tried contacting hyperx support? it may be that there are production quality deficiencies but that they will rma the mouse if it's defective.
Fellow mouse enthusiast here. The HyperX Pulsefire Haste is an amazing mouse, but it has major DPI deviation issues (800 dpi won't feel accurate and will either feel higher or lower than the set DPI)
