Kalpa is definitely the hidden gem of Kinnaur. You can witness the jaw-dropping kinnaur kailash range and other Himalayan ranges. We visited the below places. I dint see people hiring scooters there. Also I dint see any rental shops to hire scooters. Plus, it’s not recommended to travel around on a scooter in this terrain.
