Yoo, i use mana passive. Hammer gameplay doesnt look impressive and shiny like the mace but it's not easier than it, like mace you have to learn pools but de difficulty is not the phase of pooling itself but de defensive rotation you need to know for each pools. You take a lot of damage in high maps and you need to know when mob will use abilities, when you have to use defensive, when you have to use your sticky/gigantic pot, when you have to save your cd's for later and be carefull on the healer cd aswell (graveguard/E). It is really fun and can look easy but you will need as much as practice than a mace build if you want to succeed in high maps :p

best is Agro - HP - DEF - Healing receive, but HP and Agro are mendatory, third option can be one of the other 2. (CC duration can be used as third option but you need to use caitiff shield and bridgewatch cap).
can u show your passives ? i think i wanna invest on hammer , sound way easier then mace just needs more investment on a good set
