@@CobraEmergency just as i guessed..... lol..... because i have seen how far your zooming capability is mainly when you caught that fire on that building some months back (i remember that because that was the first time i actually caught you all live)..... and more recently the wildfire in Dublin..... i remember seeing how good the zooming capability in your equipments are especially when you guys were at the bridge from where you went live about the wild fire in that forested area, in Dublin..... i actually do think that was really cool........ so either way you three aren't gonna get into trouble 🙂....... Part of what makes the Hercules such a highly versatile aircraft for military use, allowing it to land and takeoff on shorter runways and landing zones where there's no tarmac.

well, sir, obviously they would have or they wouldn't be so close to the area filming! and also they do speak to the people in charge there...... plus, if you have actually seen some of their videos there are times when some of the people the have filmed have actually stopped them and asked them what they were doing..... because some of those videos concerned me and so i asked them in one of their Irish videos and the CobraEmergency guys were very kind enough to ensure that they are actually happy to talk to the people they are filming and also they showed that as well in one of the videos..... so that's how I KNOW they got the permission to film so close! so no need to worry about any thing
@@stevewatts7110 If in a public place it isn't. It only becomes an offence if it is a place where the public wouldn't ordinarily have access. For example someone flies a drone through an open window in your house films then flies the drone out of your house using the an open window or door. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy walking or driving down the road. So filming/photography in a public place is always permissible without explicit permission from each individual.
@@stevewatts7110 well, yes that's very true, sir.... but i still think that they already got the permission because it really would be impossible for them to even put this or any of their videos on emergency vehicles responding in such a situation..... because these videos would have been confiscated long back mid way while they were filming them! and the fact that they even managed to get so close to this, just means that they had their talks before they filmed these videos and also sometimes they do let us see that they do get asked though the cams always away from what's going on and more focused on what has actually caught their attention like the wildfire down in Dublin...... they actually went live at times too..... so yeah, these guys know what they are doing..... plus, i personally think that they would not put or even record something if they were not given the permission to do so by some of the people there like for example: a Fire Chief..... if the fire chief were to say "no filming, 'round here" then i don't think that they will even record it....... let alone upload it for us, their viewers, to see......... and also i understand your concern, but you need to remember that there are many people you would have to ask permission from for these videos..... so it's not like asking just one person.... so i think that to get so close to even see a plane landing for refuel must be a permission given to them buy someone or this video would have been confiscated, without any doubt.....

you wouldn't film someone filling up a car so why film someone filling up a plane?
