1 cup of soaked green gram beans (moong dal)
1 green chilli
1” ginger
1/4 cup semolina
1/4 cup Water or as required
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup cabbage
1 tomato
1 green chilli
1/4 cup coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
Eno fruit salt
Coriander leaves
1 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
Diced cheese

I liked the sandwich recipe best. The other two ways are common.
I would like to give it my own twist by adding about 4 tbsp of chana dal to the moong dal for a better taste. I'll add parboiled sweet corn, carrots, beetroot to the batter.
A green chutney made of mint, coriander, green chilli ginger, raw mango,, jeera, sugar & salt, will taste good with this. 😋 Besides tomato sauce.
If poha or sabudana is soaked for 15 minutes and blended with the dals before grinding, eno may not be required.
