Tacticus - Szarekh Guild Raid boss, new PB with the AdMech raid team

Welp, I really tore into him this time. I'm nowhere near done upgrading the AdMech squad's raid options, but now that Eldryon is D3 and Doom is lv.50, I'm left to work on specifically Rho's abilities with my Imperial badges and Sho's passive with my Xenos ones.
