That's the point of any vehicle with a weapon mounted on it. You could get a similar damage effect as a BRDM with a RWS .50 or even a DSHK Technical as long as you don't get attacked by armor.
1:15 How do you manage to spot enemies like this? I paused the video and I still can't see how it could be identified as an enemy vehicle. Is there a specific technique or do I need to get better glasses? P.S. I know that there was a flash when the enemy fired, but Henki aimed there before the enemy even had the chance to open fire
He fired a few shots, i looked in his direction, saw the muzzle flash and fired where it looked like it came from. Then i saw the correct type of sparks you get from firing a 14.5mm at a vehicle and knew i was hitting him. I couldnt see him either :)

In fine dining I've had the term Le System D thrown around. It's an Anthony Bourdain term meaning "improvise" basically. Your gamesense is why I admire your vids. If you mean withouth opening the menu you can keybind it under the controlls
you can bind it in controls. It's under voice and command.
I have Oberservation Order on my thumb mouse button for easier marking.
