What is RSP? 👇🏻
👉🏻The RSP, also know as Recruit Sustainment Program, is a program specifically designed and ran by the National Guard. Without getting into the weeds on this, simply put, this programs takes civilians and Soldiers who haven’t completed their training pipeline to teach them the basic fundamentals of what a Soldier is.
We will teach you how to walk, talk, act, and mentally prepare yourself for entry into Basic Combat Training.
Here is the BEST part - you get PAID to attend RSP in the National Guard, at whatever rank you come in as. Yes, before Basic Training, you will get paid one weekend out of the month for training.
We are the ONLY branch of service that offers this training AND pays you to do it!
