Welcome to CYBRLFT where I challenge the Beta daily and get reactions and feedback from real world customers!
*Important Safety Note*
Safety is my number 1 priority and concern while operating Tesla's FSD Beta software and at no point have I, nor will I subject customers to unnecessary risk. I am in full control, take over regularly, and I am extremely vigilant and cautious at all times. Furthermore, I do not subject anyone to Self Driving features that are uncomfortable or request me not to use it.
-Tesla's FSD system is classified as a level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System). It is not fully autonomous and I remain in control at all times. There is nothing illegal or concerning about my operation of FSD on Rideshare Drives.
-I am legally protected to record inside my own personal vehicle while on the job and do attain consent for individuals fully featured in my videos. The rest are blurred out with identifiers censored or cut from the videos entirely.

The guy started the conversation with a very sarcastic laugh, which revealed that as a MG owner, was not very fan of Tesla and its FSD, but his change of attitude was very quick when he realised that he was dealing him a geek who knew the real stuff!
Another nerd out episode, and another example on how to keep an open mind in conversation and not mow down the other person with my side. Thank you for these both passenger and driver!
Cool customers great chat.
Extremely entertaining conversation. Wonderful customers, great episode
What a great conversation! And just ordered Arc of a Scythe ;)
Yet another great amount of excited interaction - it is fantastic that so many passengers understand the issues but are still amazed at the progress. A lovely “Uber-like” experience.
12.4 waiting room. I am hyped to see how good it gets. 5-10x better would be absolutely insane. We're already seeing 10-30 minute drives intervention free. That would mean 1-4 hours between you needing to take over.
Over here I'm still waiting for more than a mile without a critical disengagement =/ It tried to cut right out into cross-traffic just today, on my way home, as it does there everytime. And on the way to work it always misses the lane-change necessary to reach the destination. Both are new problems from v12. Haven't seen any overall progress in 2 years... CA gets all the love, it seems.
Great conversation!
Nice ride, and very entertaining passengers and engaging discussion. FSD great as usual, with only annoying mapping data error at the same point all the time.
3-Body is great; very unique style.
If you like sarcastic AGI and excellent comedic dialogue, can't do much better than the *Expeditionary Force* series. F'n hilarious. Really intelligent problem-solving too.
Oh awesome thanks for the suggestion!
The Orville - The best star-trek like show there is!
So damn good.
Elon mentioned the Culture series yesterday on his talk. Gonna check it out myself. Thank you for the entertaining and informative content dude ❤
My pleasure.
2 great arty nerds totally bringing it for the Brits ! Now off to Amazon to get Arc of the Scythe :) Thanks for that recommendation (again, I think you've mentioned it once or twice before)
It’s come up a couple times with passengers and I’ve gotten some good suggestions too.
I just finished an incredible series that we mentioned in this video called the remembrance of earths past. The books are 3 Body Problem, Dark Forest and Death’s End.
It’s was incredible.
@@CYBRLFT thank you for those recommendations. I’ll get those for my birthday next month :)
Dude that's quite the motor mouth you got there 😮
In this business its commonly a great skill lmao.
Not expected it would turn into philosophical discourse! Good video!
I love when rides end up in all sorts of exciting conversational directions.
Wow. A lot of conversations there.I need book recommendations. I'm normally illiterate and absolutely have no culture. But I think it's time to change that.
Audio books are an excellent cheat to get a lot of books in ;)
Good narrators can make a huge difference, too
@@EricEstesEleutherian Yep. Especially good if you drive a lot. Can get through so many books and I find it makes the time go a lot faster than listening to music
Glad to see there are other people engaged in thinking about these things. Thx for the book recommendations without spoilers! I'll start to read again lol
First--- excellent content as always. Can't wait for 12.4, dude. Keep it up!
Thanks I’m excited for it too.
Thanks for the video. Those guys were awesome
Re map data: recently found out the map data comes from Google but they don’t have a license to use it for the routing. Hence that comes from another source which isn't as good. Therefore, sometimes the blue route line doesn't match the underlying map image.
Just got a couple new book serries to read. Cheers.
Woohoo!
Cool. Gonna have a read!
Great video, great drive and a great review of the book series!
I ordered 'The Ark of the Scythe' book collection before finishing :)
Thanks!
I hope you really enjoy it! Let me know what ya think.
Very cool drive and interaction Great job!! 🇺🇸✌️
I loved the tv series person of interest, especially when the AI war started basically.
If you haven’t given it a try, watch it, first two seasons might be a bit dry but it’s a great series to finish
Oooh thanks for the suggestion!
You mentioned Stellaris, and I gotta say I'm enjoying the new Machine Age dlc
Thanks!
great chat with ride loved it
Yup. ya need to read all the Ian M Banks Culture series. You will love the AI characters and all the tech that Musk is seeking.
I guarantee these guys are software developers
New subscriber. What are the two buttons on the steering wheel?
How much did you make from this 30 minute trip? Just curious.
This was about a $30 trip I think and they tipped as well.
This is top tier, sir!
❤❤❤
I am missing your videos !!
What is the book name. Couldn't find it. Amazing customers too.
Merci
😍
In the US alone humans are involved in ~14 million accidents a year from tiny little scrapes to catastrophic ....FSD could hardly do worse than Humans.
Interesting that it didn't seem to care about you waving your phone around - I assume you don't have the in car cameras?
Also disappointing that it doesn't keep right more where there is lots of space.
It doesn't care if you wave your phone around. It only cares when you're looking at the screen.
@@coreyverisario6570 He’s also wearing sunglasses so it’s reverting to wheel nag only.
@@FriedChairs if I read the update notes right for 12.4. the sunglasses thing is only 12.4 and above. He doesn't have 12.4.
@@coreyverisario6570 It behaves differently already. 12.4 just eliminates nagging if the camera can see your eyes and you are attentive but right now in 12.3.6 if the camera can’t see your eyes then it changes the nagging behavior into a more regular time based nag rather than time based + attention based. 12.4 essentially eliminates the time based aspect.
What type of Tesla is it? Does it have a cabin camera? I don't see that the system asks to apply force on the steering.
I usually have my hand on or near the wheel satisfying the nag. This is a 2020 Model 3 SR+
My friend is over from the uk in Santa Clara for a couple of days , you mentioned a group of people who were taking people out to experience fsd, what was it called?
And this my friend, is why I am excited about the future. Thanks to Elon's vision. You are proving the concept isn't a problem, but the bias of humans is.
Yooo are you waiting for 12.4 for more videos :O?
No haha! Had a bit of a crazy last week. Just got my car back and I'll be back to the video grind this week!
This comment doesn't apply to this video, but I was wondering if you have a video with your recommendations on tires for a Tesla Model 3? I drive a long range in chill mode 99% of the time, so no hard accels except infrequent demos. I know you have mentioned this before in some of your videos. Thoughts?
Hey sorry I just saw this. So it depends on your wheel size too. 18’s?
Driving in chill mode is a great way to actually extend tire life too. Less torque, less rubber torn on acceleration.
Since, you are driving all day long…. What would the difference between driving a normal car vs your vehicle? Are you less tired sitting?
That’s a big part of it. After a full days work I’m not hating my life with a broken lower back lol
whats the point with rideshareing and FSD is turned on, when the the driver is still in the taxi?
added safety and fun conversation about the tech.
Is your Tesla in Km instead of Miles?
Yup! I like the metric system.

12.4 소식 없어요/?
ver?
12.3.6
What happened ? Its everything ok ?
Yup yup more videos coming soon.
@@CYBRLFTnice, everyday I verify if there is a new video or new data on the website
Hey man. Right now I’m following two “Kaz’s” on X but I know one is legit and one is not. Hard to tell. Just want you to know someone is pretending to be you. AND I want to now which is actually you so I can block the other one.
Unfortunately there are at least 2 imposter accounts on X. My handle is just @CYBRLFT with no extra characters like an _ or . or extra letter. X isn't doing a great job of removing them unfortunately.
Typically these accounts will have thousands following and hardly any followers though. That's a good way to gauge it if you aren't sure. They also will be reposting all my stuff, and I don't do that for my own content lol.
You're the one driving incorrectly. If you know you need to be over in the lane, get on over and stop trying to cut in front of people and then claim they're the problem.
No. In both cases the car had room for the maneuver, the driver in the Subaru seeing my signal kept trying to close the gap and not let me over. In other words they were being dick heads like a lot of drivers.
Remember this critique the next time you see someone trying to get over and you decide to close them out.
