@@soniaaahhh Sorry for the delay in replying. I don't think YT is the place to talk about it; though I do find myself talking through it via comments, so there's that contradiction. I've been checking in for reactions, but was just glad to see you were ok. For personal reasons I don't want to say here, but a significant anniversary of the loss of a friend passed recently so seeing the message was a great boon. I really need to get back to working on my GAP & Soljiwan fics; did write a Transit Girls fic too and to see it get love is pretty cool (haven't checked in a while, but it's still the only one for that series on a03 I think). Got some good news about another friend whose been really struggling of that; financially, but she won her case and will be able to pay a few bill. As depressed as I am, it feels good to know I helped her a little. Chatty for not talking, huh? Thnking that before lesbian visibility week ends I'll go back and go back and watch those Soljiwan reactions again. Goddess watch over you, kerk

I, more than anyone know the struggles of depression and how it affects one's motivation! Basic self-care is difficult at times so it's understandable anything beyond that is draining. I'm glad you were able to help you friend despite your situation!!!! That's great!
I'm working on a new reaction series, despite not finishing GAP, I WILL finish eventually it, just trying to get updated with this new show at the same time lol. 23.5, a Thai GL show, very similar to Heartstopper, have you heard of it?
@@soniaaahhh Don't do Elon Musk I'm afraid, but thanks for reminding me of 23.5. I remember seeing a trailer but life kinda went south on me. I have found it somewhere I can watch it with subs, so I'll likely do that over the weekend. Just finished watching a beautiful Korean movie, from 2019, called Moonlit Winter, which has just turned up on YT. It's slow and deliberate; full of northern Japanese winter scenes, and all about missed chances and lost dreams and yet so full of the warmth in coming to terms with that. Already seen it a few times, but it's somewhere; at least for a time (it is YT), where I can rec it to friends. It reminds me of the french films I loved from the 60s & 70s; all emotional subtlety and drama that slide silently onto the couch beside you to give you a hug if you want one. I love it so much; there's no great romantic ending, but the hope that finally people can move on, and live again. It sounds in description a little of a downer, but as one reviewer asked, "Why does this movie feel so warm." I first saw it about the same time Sam would have been kneeling in front of Mon and trying to get her to listen before she could apologise ~ no prizes for guessing my favourite scene in the entire series ~ Freen's acting was Emmy / Golden Globe / Oscar worthy. I really need to go back and watch GAP through again a couple of times, then come back and make some comments on the previews. Maybe too I can get back into the heads of the characters I was writing in my story. Oh and, in case you haven't seen it, news is that Thailand might have equal marriage by the end of 2024. Trying not to hope too much, but a little candlelight in the darkness can sometimes be enough, kerk

I wanted to share this though, it's an official music video for the end titles of a Korean Baseball movie, Baseball Girl; been watching that film almost as much as I have Moonlit Winter. I've also been talking a lot of fb & yt, and feeling increasingly exhausted.
