      Sure. Bought Cort A4 OPN about a year ago as my second instrument for reharsal room -- and was so pleasantly surprised. Love it. Of course it doesn't sound like airplane-costed Corvets of Mayoneses, but still more decent than any I've heard at the same price category.

      My soft spot for Cort started with their Curbow basses - absolutely wild designs, great tones, and you get a Curbow bass at a fraction of the cost of the boutique made by Greg Curbow.
      This bass looks absolutely stellar - I have a buddy who was looking at buying a P-Bass...I might need to point him toward this bass!

    • @haxenheimer9707
      @haxenheimer9707 4 роки тому +9

      Yeah, but then again it depends on wether or not you care about superficial people. Seriously, if its sounds and feels good to you(and there are no restrictions by the kind of gig you play, like you wouldn't take an instrument covered in satanic black metal stickers to a classic wedding gig), then it doesn't matter if it says Cort, Fender, Squier, Fodera or Vision on it. People who point with their finger at you can shove it somewhere else.

    I used to think Corts were...well, what everybody else thought, and couldn't imagine owning one.
    Now I have a Cort bass and their MBC1 guitar, and am home. Like, "if you were on a desert island..."
    The build quality is excellent on both, as are the pickups. I love the aesthetics, and as far as value for money, neither can be beat.
    It may take a few years for the rebranding and reputation to kick in, but in the meantime...Play On
